I will not give my name because: for what is my life - is it even a Vapor? (James 4:14). Keeps you from haughtiness - does it not? Nor do I think I will give my age because in the spiritual realm, a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years (II Peter) like a day so why bother with age? (By the way, I know that verse is debated in numerous ways but there are other places where the Bible shows us that time in the spiritual realm is not as it is here. Anyway, I do believe Jesus is the messiah and my savior - the promised one - the Word become Flesh - WOW!

What has God shown me this past year. Well, among other things He has shown me how some seek to serve self and how this may not always be to serve yourself but can be to go out of your way to make sure your children are placed above all others - it is self serving not matter which way you go about it. He has also showed me that at times, just as with Abram and Sarai when they were given the opportunity to be a witness to Hagar - they let their own needs get in the way and the opportunity was missed! These times are given to us to give us the opportunity to act spiritually or fleshly - anything I start in the flesh I will have to finish in the flesh!
